This 1963 Chevrolet Corvette split-window coupe is a custom build from Jeff Hayes Customs in Indiana that was completed in 2025, and it is comprised of a Daytona Blue body mounted to a fabricated Art Morrison chassis. The 6.2-liter LS3 V8 is linked with a four-speed automatic transmission and a reinforced solid rear axle. Behind the Schott knockoff wheels are Wilwood disc brakes and a coilover suspension with tubular control arms, and further details include rack-and-pinion steering, polished headers, a power-operated hood, flip-up headlights, and a button-top shifter. The cockpit is trimmed in Caramel Nappa leather and appointed with a teakwood steering wheel, Vintage Air climate control, Classic Instruments gauges, illuminated sill plates, carbon-fiber elements, and a retro-look radio. This C2 split-window coupe is now offered on consignment by the seller, a BaT Local Partner, with an Indiana title.
The fiberglass body is finished in Daytona Blue (916), and the seller tells us the body retains its factory paint finish. It is mounted to a custom Art Morrison chassis, and details include flip-up headlights, fender vents, quad taillights, chrome bumperettes, and a power-operated hood.

Schott 18″ front and 19″ rear wheels feature pewter center accents, polished barrels, and three-eared knockoff spinners, and the white-stripe Sumitomo HTR tires have shaved sidewalls. The Wilwood calipers have a polished finish, and the ventilated rotors are cross-drilled and slotted.

The Art Morrison chassis accommodates an adjustable coilover suspension with tubular front control arms, rack-and-pinion steering, a rear torque arm, and sway bars.

Caramel Nappa leather upholstery with tan offset stitching covers the dashboard, center stack, door panels, and bolstered seats. Color-keyed woven carpets cover the floors, and illuminated Corvette-script sill plates were added during the build. Details include a button-top shifter, accent lighting, power windows, a retro-look stereo, and Vintage Air climate control.

The teakwood steering wheel sits on a chrome tilting column ahead of a carbon-fiber instrument cluster with chrome bezels. Classic Instruments provided the gray-dial AutoCross instrumentation, which includes a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and displays for fuel level, voltage, coolant temperature, and oil pressure. A matching analog clock sits atop the center stack. The odometer shows 9 miles, which is said to represent the mileage added since the completion of the build.

The 6.2-liter LS3 crate V8 is a “Hot Cam” variant, per the seller, and the engine wears a pewter-finished fabricated intake manifold and matching Corvette-script coil covers. High-polish headers flow to a thermally wrapped exhaust system with an H-pipe and MagnaFlow mufflers.

Shifting is through a four-speed 4L70E automatic transmission, and the fabricated and reinforced solid rear axle is fitted with a limited-slip differential.
The Indiana title carries an Exempt odometer brand.
