Society Pass announces pricing of $3M stock offering at $2.00 a share

Society Pass Incorporated (SOPA) has priced a public offering of 1.5 million shares at $2.00 per share. The transaction is expected to generate $3 million in gross proceeds before fees and expenses.

The offering is slated to close on December 31, 2025.

The company intends to utilize the new capital for general corporate purposes and working capital, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.

The stock were down 13.29% after-hours on Monday.
